Personal information we collect
When you register in blogstatic, we collect your Name and Email address, which are used to identify you when logging in, supporting you, and upgrading your account.
We do not use your personal information in any other way or form and do not share it with a third party.
Emails we send to you
There are two types of emails that you will receive from us: The periodical Newsletter from which you can unsubscribe at any time, and the Account specific emails which contain important information about your account and cannot be unsubscribed from for as long as you have an active account in blogstatic.
Third party apps
We use LogRocket to better understand how our customers are using blogstatic, and we use these findings to improve the app.
Payments
Paying for a subscription in blogstatic is accomplished via Stripe, which processes all our credit card transactions. We do not collect any data about your credit card during this process.
Account Deletion
You can choose, at any time, to completely and permanently delete your account, during which, with your consent, no traces of your data will remain on our servers.
Also, your blog is permanently deleted when unpaid or trial period ends.
The deletion process is a two-step process to protect you from accidentally deleting your account, as the process is irreversible.
Changes
We may update these rules from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
